The spot treatment is working well. I did not experience fast fading, more like a gradual lightening using the cream at night. My skin has lightened significantly which has evened out some blotchiness. I am confident the melasma will clear up completely, it just takes time. I like that the treatment hasn't caused any dryness, redness or peeling. I definitely recommend the product because it works and it is easy.
